Are you a cloud-based Customer Experience Software Architect with experience in design and implementation of AWS Cloud contact center solutions? We are hiring and an Amazon Connect Software Architect with a solid understanding of application development, coding, database structure and application security? If you love software engineering, developing processes such as functional specifications, design specifications, code, unit tests, system test plans, and feature test plans for high quality output, this is the perfect challenge for you! As the Amazon Connect Software Architect, you will engineer and design the most complex Contact Center applications imaginable. You are the subject matter expert who understands operational impacts of technology decisions and can easily explain to both technical and non-technical stakeholders the importance of technology and the impacts to the business. You will own the software development experience. Be responsible for API integrations and Web service experiences. You will formulate ideas into solutions. Your hands-on programming knowledge of databases, middleware, and 3rd party application and integrations will be instrumental to the success of Client engagements. Ability to function in a pre and post sales role. You will work autonomously as well as with a team of engineers, sales folks (pre and post sales), Clients and other industry leaders. Qualifications For Success:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
· 3 or more years’ experience with Amazon Connect and UC environments.
· Experience with software development, to include design, custom and common coding (.NET, JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), and testing of real time systems.
· Lead design and implementation of AWS Cloud contact center solutions.
· Work with customer IT Architecture team to design the end-to-end solution and provide technology guidance.
· Lead and discuss migration efforts in cloud contact center and provide assistance as the Subject Matter Expert in the migration and deployment of the solutions.
· Provide solution optimization and process improvement with unique template IVR and interaction routing
· Experience with enterprise level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs
· Network infrastructure experience
· Experience creating and presenting to executive level stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
· AWS solutions Architect certification preferred
· Experience with Amazon LEX preferred
· Experience with AWS Lambda preferred
Responsibilities:
· Lead technical resource for CCaaS implementations on client projects
· Ownership and responsibility for end-to-end design of the technical architecture including:
· Routing strategy
· IVR design
· API approach and external data integrations
· Design and maintain reusable code libraries
· Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans
· Responsible for estimating and supervising technical efforts for all phases of the project
· Ability to communicate how the CCaaS platform works and how it can be applied to solving business needs
· Hands-on experience in Experience in functional design for contact center solutions
· Experience helping build client use cases, requirements, designs and test plans.
· Experience should include people and team management, enterprise architecture and technical leadership.
· Proficient in conducting Cloud contact center solutions roadmap sessions with business leadership, vendor architecture and sales support.
· Successful track record managing software evaluations for cloud migrations for customer service channels
