Job Description

• Daily communication with customers, suppliers, agents, overseas offices, and carriers.
• Accurate administrative handling of freight documents.
• Financial processing of export shipments.
• Preparing and communicating rates, and making pricing agreements.
• Booking freight capacity with airlines.
• Providing advice and effective solutions for logistical challenges.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Lives in the Netherlands in the Randstad area.
• Can obtain a VGB - background screening. 8+ years in the EU.
• Proven experience in air freight export at a freight forwarder at Schiphol.
• Strong communication and commercial skills.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
• Flexible attitude regarding working hours.
