What You'll Do

• Leadership& Strategy: Lead a newly established AI competence team, participate in developing and applying AI strategy in practice. Grow cooperation with cross-functional departments.
• AI & Machine Learning: Develop and maintain AI/ML use case portfolio, build and maintain models using advanced techniques like deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Data Engineering: Prepare and preprocess data for AI/ML model training, ensuring data quality and consistency. Connect to databases or add your own data (RAG, API).
• Programming & Automation: Create custom algorithms and tools, automate model training, and implement monitoring systems. Programming in Python or another language, or using no-code automation.
• Cloud Platforms: Deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (we use Microsoft Azure) and utilize cloud-based AI/ML services.
• RPA Integration: Enhance automation capabilities by integrating AI/ML models with RPA tools.
• Data Governance & Security: Create , maintain and evolve AI governance policies and controls, establish operation model.
• API Services & Libraries: Connect to API services and utilize machine learning libraries.
  
  

Who are we Looking For

Education & Experience

• Degree in AI/ML is great, but the experience & attitude is what really counts, demonstrated success in building and deploying advanced ML models.
• Track record of leading or mentoring technical teams or projects.
• Product experience with prompting, creating, and debugging models (familiarity with Multiagent frameworks is a plus).
  
  

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Azure AI services. Knowledge of C# is a bonus.
• Strong command of CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Comfortable with data pipelines, automation tools, and integration platforms.
  
  

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Analytical, creative thinker with a strong business impact focus.
• Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Committed to staying on top of industry trends and adopting new technologies.
• Able to translate business problems into technical solutions and drive execution.
  
  

Languages

• For seamless cooperation we require Czech/Slovak language at native speaker level and for cooperation with other countries within the group we expect English at B2 level
