Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with strong PHP experience to join our team. You will work on an AI-powered management and HR platform designed to streamline company operations by reading documents, uploading policies, and answering employee questions via an intelligent chatbot.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI models for document reading, data extraction, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Build and maintain the platform’s backend using PHP to ensure seamless data handling and AI functionality.
• Design and implement chatbot solutions to answer employee queries based on uploaded policies and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure AI models are continuously trained and optimized for accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop APIs to connect AI models with the platform’s frontend and third-party tools.
• Implement data security measures, ensuring employee information and company policies are protected.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of AI functionalities and backend systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Developer or similar role, with expertise in machine learning and NLP.
• Strong PHP development skills, including experience with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Knowledge of AI technologies such as Cursor, Claude or OpenAI.
• Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
