Job Title: PHP/Symfony Developer

Work Set up: Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 – PHP 100,000 per month

Level: Mid-Senior

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our web portal platform using Pimcore DXP and Symfony.

• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and a scalable architecture roadmap.

• Take a hands-on role in architecture, design, and implementation.

• Drive and uphold effective Agile practices, including CI/CD, TDD, and code reviews.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and development best practices to improve team performance and product quality.

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong backend development experience using PHP and Symfony.

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON/REST, GraphQL, and SOAP/XML integrations.

• Basic front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, ElastiCache), Redis, Git, Nginx or Apache, and PHP-FPM.

Nice-to-Have / Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Pimcore DXP or similar Symfony-based CMS platforms.

• Understanding of website performance optimization, monitoring, analytics, and security best practices.

• Exposure to DevOps, particularly with AWS and scalable cloud-hosted environments.

• Experience in mobile-first development and building mission-critical public-facing web or mobile applications.

• Strong grasp of Agile delivery processes, ideally within a Scrum team.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the airline or travel industry, especially mobile or portal platforms.

• Background in eCommerce platform integrations, CRM/CDP integrations, or customer-facing portal development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React.js.

• Backend experience with Java/Spring.

• Knowledge of CDN technologies (Cloudflare, Akamai, etc.).
