Client Liaison: Serve as the local point of contact for client CC leads, architects, QA managers, and project managers on the ASPIRE program.
Offshore Scrum Lead and Change Agent: Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies at offshore locations. Ensure smooth running of scrum ceremonies as per schedule
Work Stream Management: Plan, execute, monitor, track, and report on four technical work streams: Data Migration and Integration. Provide support to Quality Assurance and ETRM Technical workstreams on need basis.
Risk Management: Collaborate with the central PMO team to report variances, highlight risks, and issues, and track productivity. Identify underperformers and help redefine critical path items for close monitoring.
Release management: A little later in the program become the pseudo offshore contact for the onshore release manager by contributing to the release checklist or run chart and work with all technical team key stake holders and business team stake holders to set the stage right for UAT prep, UAT, Pre-prod and Prod Endur platform upgrade with required testing sign-offs
KPIs and Metrics: Be part of the define and monitor phase of relevant KPIs and metrics for the offshore work streams. This is to be done in partnership with onshore delivery leads.
Timecard reviewer & first POC for project/program issues : Act as the primary contact for all issues and concerns of offshore team members, including non-ASPIRE team members. Review and approve their timecards to ensure intime billing.
BizOps and GCC Operating Model Support: Assist the BizOps team with allocations, time management and invoicing. Find required Logistics support for offshore team members across India
Compliance and Audits: Oversee client-specific CLRA, Engineering Maturity Model, account-specific GCRO and security audits internally. Also support Client’s PMO audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. SAFe certification will be nice to have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile program management.
Proven experience in managing multiple technical work streams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
ETRM or CTRM exposure will be an added advantage.
Exposure to FTFP/ Fixed Capacity/Staff Augmentation/Managed Services delivery models is a must have
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
