Job Title - Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) Engineer Experience Range - 6+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) - AEM Assets, Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Sites with Adobe Cloud Experience , Java, HTL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) Roles & Responsibilities * Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements * Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScript * Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods * Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices * Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practices * Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions * Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders * Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing * Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirements * Handling of software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD processes * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Salary Range - $90,000 to $130,000 a year
