What’s the job?
The Admissions Officer will, under general supervision, provide high level administrative support in relation to student admission processes. The role involves critical administrative tasks associated with the on-boarding of students from application through to enrolment, with a focus on accuracy of data, and compliance with internal and external processes and procedures. The Admissions Officer will provide advice to internal and external stakeholders in relation to admission processes, award of credit transfer, and relevant policies and procedures.
It is a requirement of this role to maintain exemplary levels of customer service for all internal and external stakeholders and to ensure the highest standard of delivery to all partners. The role encompasses domestic admissions; direct applications; third party partners, corporate partners and university partners. This is a role which requires a very high level of product and industry knowledge, relating to all aspects of student education and training.

This is a permanent full time role, Surry Hills Sydney is our preferred location however will consider Melbourne for the right candidate.
