Summary
With a minimum 2-3 years of work experience. 3-5 years average work experience
Data entry and/or retrieval from electronic system
Data validation (sales invoice, official receipts, etc.)
Data management (e.g. sorting, filing, scanning, encoding)
System error monitoring and reporting
Initiating service requests in the system and tracking their progress
Administer access for various banks, including creating, modifying, deleting, etc.
Conduct regular user access reviews, including access validity checking
Connect with BU contacts to discuss access granting and requirements
Facility supplies and materials inventory management
Facility directory maintenance
Coordinate facility housekeeping, manage related complaints, and liaise with stakeholders
Events/visit presentation
Timekeeping and leave monitoring
Simple manual verification of tank truck and driver information
Assist in organizing logistics for trainings/meetings
6 Months Contract - Subject for Absorbtion depending on your performance
RTO – Tues and Wed; WFH – Mon, Thurs, Fri
Prefers: CAN START ASAP
