Summary

  • With a minimum 2-3 years of work experience. 3-5 years average work experience
  • Data entry and/or retrieval from electronic system
  • Data validation (sales invoice, official receipts, etc.)
  • Data management (e.g. sorting, filing, scanning, encoding)
  • System error monitoring and reporting
  • Initiating service requests in the system and tracking their progress
  • Administer access for various banks, including creating, modifying, deleting, etc.
  • Conduct regular user access reviews, including access validity checking
  • Connect with BU contacts to discuss access granting and requirements
  • Facility supplies and materials inventory management
  • Facility directory maintenance
  • Coordinate facility housekeeping, manage related complaints, and liaise with stakeholders
  • Events/visit presentation
  • Timekeeping and leave monitoring
  • Simple manual verification of tank truck and driver information
  • Assist in organizing logistics for trainings/meetings


  • 6 Months Contract - Subject for Absorbtion depending on your performance
  • RTO – Tues and Wed; WFH – Mon, Thurs, Fri
  • Prefers: CAN START ASAP
