JOB DESCRIPTION: Legal Contracts Administrator

FactSet is looking to recruit a contracts administrator for the in-house Legal Department. The Contracts Administrator would be part of the global legal team based in Manilla. The role represents an excellent opportunity to work as part of a global legal team.
Job Responsibilities
Under the supervision of Corporate Attorneys and Senior Contract Administrators in the Legal Department, the successful candidate will assist in:
- Coordinate on-boarding and compliance of new FactSet products, ensuring that the content is mapped to the correct agreement and all reporting requirements are met
- Use subject matter expertise to identify bottlenecks and compliance concerns and engages the appropriate internal resources to increase efficiency and mitigate company risk
- Relies upon depth of knowledge to execute projects that promote partnership with our third-party data vendors and our internal stakeholders
- Provide high-quality support to our global sales team by assisting in customizing contracts and providing guidance on the contracting process.
- Preparation of, confidentiality agreements, and any other in-house legal documents using prescribed templates.
- Document drafting: letters; emails; reports; documents and forms; amending documents; producing presentations and spreadsheets.
- Client filing: maintaining electronic and paper client files; indexing; archiving including arranging collections and retrievals.
- Learning and understanding company policies to ensure these are met when assisting with contract agreements.
- Maintaining open and appropriate communication lines with internal stakeholders and external clients at all times to ensure the company's needs are met.
- Managing and prioritizing own workload to ensure work is turned around within agreed deadlines and timeframes.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to organize a varied workload and prioritize tasks to meet agreed-on deadlines, excellent communication skills both oral and written. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and able to use their own initiative and must have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be calm, and retain a professional attitude under pressure.
- College graduate with a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as a contract administrator, paralegal, legal secretary, or equivalent experience working with legal documents such as contracts.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of legal terminology is desirable but not essential.
- Discretion and strong sense of confidentiality.
