About The Job

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and responsible Administrative Assistant to help us with a variety of administrative tasks.

The job is part-time, 4 hours/day with a flexible schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Offer office and administrative support to the company's departments: HR, Admin, Upper management, Marketing and IT when needed;
  • Assist colleagues with administrative matters and various projects as a first point of contact;
  • Help organize internal and external events: weekly office breakfasts, team buildings, team days, barbeques, CSR events, etc.
  • Welcome and offering support to visitors and guests;
  • Monitor, restock and organize office supplies and consumables;
  • Provide help with the internal documents flow and the company's processes;
  • Help ensure that our facilities within the workplace are all functioning to a good standard.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Fast reaction, efficiency and attention to details;
  • Creativity and initiative;
  • Communication skills including both oral and written English proficiency;
  • Strong interpersonal skills & positive attitude;
  • Microsoft Office suite proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook).
