We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Austin. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our daily business activities, offering administrative support across departments and ensuring all internal processes run efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events
  • Support the property management team with documentation and data entry
  • Ensure the office remains well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
