Classes are offered ether in-person or in a hybrid format at various times during the day and evening. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching. Essential Functions * Teach 1 to 3 sections in an active term * Course preparation, teaching and grading * Available to students who have questions or require extra help Other Duties and Responsibilities Performs other teaching-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science or related field * Additional professional experience required for candidates teaching master's courses * Prior teaching experience and demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse student body and contributing positively to an inclusive campus community Preferred Qualifications Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions. Work is sedentary in nature and involves exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently/constantly in order to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object.
