Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the preparation of internal management reporting and analysis to support executive and Board level presentations, including:
• Consolidation of monthly financials
• Preparation of monthly results deck for internal management and the Board of Directors
• Support the investor relations process by providing management with financial reporting packages for quarterly earnings calls and preparing company overview presentations for investors and other stakeholders
• Organize the global forecasting and budgeting processes, defining timelines and setting requirements for the business units as well as corporate departments
• Lead ongoing and ad hoc analytics around financial performance, including working with business unit finance teams to establish and deliver standardized reporting templates and insightful analytics
• Partner with Global Treasury to support key initiatives, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Serve as lead for consolidating and reporting of the global cost savings program
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or other applicable Masters-level degree preferred
• 7+ years of work experience with 3-5 years of FP&A experience preferred
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and take ownership with projects
• Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
• Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
