Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
## Technical Skills:
1. Test automation tools: Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
2. Programming languages: Java, Python, or similar languages.
3. ADA compliance standards: Section 508, WCAG 2.1, and ADA guidelines.
4. Defect tracking tools: JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
5. Accessibility testing tools: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and other assistive technologies.
## Functional Skills:
1. Test planning and execution: Experience with test planning, test case development, and test execution.
2. Defect tracking and reporting: Ability to track and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
3. Test automation framework: Experience with developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
4. ADA compliance testing: Knowledge of ADA compliance testing methodologies and techniques.
5. Collaboration and communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Test strategy development: Develop and implement test strategies for ADA compliance and automation.
2. Test planning: Create detailed test plans and test cases for ADA compliance testing.
3. Test automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using test automation tools.
4. Test execution: Execute manual and automated tests, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
5. ADA compliance: Ensure that digital products meet ADA compliance standards.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
1. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and direction as needed.
2. Project management: Experience with managing testing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
3. Resource allocation: Ability to allocate resources effectively, including personnel and testing tools.
4. Risk management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to testing and ADA compliance.
5. Communication: Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including project sponsors and business leaders.
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
