Full Job Description

Areas largest Steel Erection Company seeking an experience, enthusiastic and detail oriented, full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various accounts receivable functions, including billing, invoice processing and various other accounting functions. If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance and meet the listed requirements and experience, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Produce and maintain AR aging reports
• Follow up and track active AR activities
• Keep accurate files
• Track orders and T&M tickets
• Meticulously track any discrepancies
• Work with Comptroller to accurately complete accounting tax preparation
• Assist with financial statement reports
• Recommend improvements for accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Position Requirements

• Experience with Foundations Accounting Software
• Previous experience in accounting, finance or other related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities with both client and co-workers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excell, Word, etc.

Experience:

• Foundation Accounting Software: 1 year
• Microsoft Excel
• Accounts Receivable: 1 year min
• Procore knowledge
• AIA billing form knowledge
• Familiar with accrual accounting and GAAP standards a PLUS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
