What will you contribute?
This role contributes to timely revenue recognition, billing and cash collection by ensuring that the details of customer contracts are entered correctly into the systems.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Your responsibilities and deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- To read and process signed contracts associated with Closed Won opportunities and capture all required data elements in Salesforce.com (SFDC) contract records.
- To create Contract Assets and associated artefacts using the contract asset wizard (CAW) for all deals that include recurring fees.
- To create Sales Orders for all order types using the Sales Order wizard.
- To maintain contracts and assets and account for variations, terminations and other required contractual events.
- To reach out to Sales and Commercial where required to gather missing information.
- To provide backup and support to departmental colleagues as required particularly during quarter end peak periods.
- To demonstrate the Finastra values and behaviours.
Required Experience
- At least 1-2 years experience in the following:
- Experience within a Contract Administration environment at either an operational or transactional level
- Experience in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
- Experience in an environment working to deadlines and/or time critical SLAs
- Experience working in a global, fast paced team with integrated and matrix ways of working
- Experience in demonstrating excellent internal stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Experience in analyzing information, making recommendations and influencing the end result
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
