CV Resources has partnered with a successful and stable company in Irvine that’s seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team!

Accounts Payable Manager Duties:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including vendor records, invoice approvals, and payments
• Process high volume of invoices (300–500 weekly) and assist with month-end close procedures
• Oversee corporate card programs, expense report audits, and ensure policy compliance
• Support AP automation initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes

Accounts Payable Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing an accounts payable team
• Strong background in high-volume invoice processing and month-end
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must be commutable to Irvine and available for contract
