Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee international financial transactions and currency exchange management
• Ensure compliance with Chinese accounting regulations and international financial reporting standards
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures specific to export operations
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasting reports
• Collaborate with customs and logistics departments to manage export-related financial documentation Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of controller/accounting experience with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
• Experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in medical devices
• Knowledge of international trade finance and export regulations
• Proficiency in both Chinese and international accounting standards
• Strong understanding of cross-border tax implications
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Advanced skills in SAP B1 systems and financial software
