该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Accounting Manager We are looking for a proactive and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team in Shanghai. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing client accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the team effectively, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Oversight and Quality Control
Manage and oversee the entire accounting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for multiple clients.
Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with China GAAP and IFRS (when applicable).
Ensure that all statutory tax filings, including VAT, CIT, and IIT, are completed accurately and on time.
Address and resolve complex accounting and tax issues, providing expert guidance to clients. Client Relationship Management and Advisory
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Advise clients on accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance matters, including cross-border transactions and business structuring.
Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless service delivery. Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor a team of accountants and associates, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and best practices.
Assign and monitor workloads, ensuring that client deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
Provide performance evaluations, career development guidance, and ongoing training to team members. Process Optimization and Compliance
Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to implement new tools and technologies to optimize accounting operations. Strategic Contribution and Reporting
Contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying potential service improvements and supporting business development efforts.
Provide management with timely insights on operational performance, client feedback, and team development. Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing, preferably in an international or cross-border context.
Strong knowledge of Chinese accounting standards (China GAAP), tax regulations, and familiarity with IFRS.
Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or related fields. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, Yonyou) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing a team in a multicultural environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
