Accounting Manager to join its team in

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with a strong background in
construction accounting to lead day-to-day financial operations. This individual will work closely with the CFO and project teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost tracking, and compliance with GAAP.
What You'll Do
- Oversee job cost tracking and financial reporting for multiple construction projects
- Manage the general ledger and lead monthly close and reconciliations
- Coordinate with the CFO on financial statements, audits, and year-end close
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual tax documents (sales, use, business licenses)
- Process non-job costed payables and assist with payroll as needed
- Support budgeting efforts and improve financial systems and internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and project success
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Sage 300, GCPay, or comparable construction accounting software
- Strong grasp of % complete, revenue recognition, and WIP reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
- U.S. work authorization required
