About the Role

The Manager, Accounting will oversee a team of professionals responsible for fixed asset accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit preparation. This role requires a mix of hands-on technical accounting expertise and strong leadership capabilities to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team handling fixed asset and project accounting functions
• Oversee the preparation of complex reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
• Coordinate audit activities and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Analyze financial data and business processes; recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies and reporting
• Review contracts for accounting impact (leases, subscriptions, purchases/sales)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal control initiatives
• Champion process enhancements and system improvements

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including technical and operational responsibilities

Preferred:

• 2+ years of people management experience
• 24+ college credit hours in accounting coursework (including intermediate accounting)
• CPA designation
