We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate clients' long-term care, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively as you will be gathering documentation & information. Communicating with a team as well as clientele having to multitask and be capable of managing their time & schedule.
Duties:
Reaching out to clients' outbound calls / Transferring calls as needed.
Communicating via email, Phone calls/ Texts, or in person with clientele.
Collecting important documentation.
Asses information received.
Coordinate accordingly with team members.
Monitor clients' progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.
Experience:
2+ Years experience in Customer Service.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Demonstrate careful attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
