Summary

The Chartered Accountant (CA) will manage the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, efficient billing, vendor management, reporting, and oversight of daily financial transactions, including weekly reports for management.

 

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and cash/bank transactions.

Record and process all vendor and supplier transactions, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.

Oversee client billing, third-party invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking.

Supervise internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Generate weekly financial reports summarizing cash position, outstanding payables/receivables, and other key indicators.

Support budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and project financial planning.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Operate and maintain financial data using Acumatica ERP and related reporting tools.

Use MS Excel and other MS Office tools to create dashboards, models, and financial summaries.

Coordinate with banks, suppliers, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

  • Enhance and enforce internal controls, financial policies, and workflow efficiencies.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Chartered Accountant (CA), certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Minimum 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency with Acumatica ERP or similar accounting/ERP platforms.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
