Assist customers with account setup, login assistance, password resets, and profile updates, ensuring that account information is accurate and up-to-date in the company's database.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, billing discrepancies, and technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution as needed.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, features, and policies to provide informed recommendations and assistance to customers.
