Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Servicing professional, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Account Servicing professional will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing financial aspects of accounts, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, analysing account performance, handling inquiries, and working with various departments to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating account performance and creating reports
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Skilled in Customer Service to address client needs and resolve issues
• Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
• Setting up and distributing assignments, monitoring schedules, project statuses and deadlines
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
