Role Description

Minimum 3 Month Internship starting in May 2025.

This is a full-time on-site Equity Research Intern role at Mercury Securities in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The intern will be involved in conducting financial research, analyzing data, preparing financial models, and assisting in equity research activities to support investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate insights and trends from collected data.
• Assist with daily market updates and technical analysis
• Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of research
• Manage communication with stakeholders, participants, or collaborators.

Miscellaneous:

• Monthly stipend provided of MYR 700
• Fully work-from-office 5 days a week at Solaris Mont Kiara

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Financial Modeling, and Equity Research skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Communication skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and industry trends
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
