Client Services Coordinator, Account Manager
Status: 1 year contract

The Role
This role requires strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and activities.
Understand the unique needs and objectives of each key account and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, IT to ensure successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
Monitor market trends, legislative requirements, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed about changes that may impact key accounts and our business.
Prepare and present reports to operations, providing insights and recommendations for meeting SLAs and increasing business.
Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our value proposition and strengthen relationships with key clients.
Represent the company at meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network of key clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience required
Proven track-record of successfully managing accounts or sales, with at least 3 years of experience in account management
Occasional travel within Alberta (once a week on average). Access to a vehicle and valid drivers license required.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management, account planning and general sales techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective business operational effectiveness and continuation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
Drivers license and use of personal transportation required
