We are looking for a talented, motivated Account Coordinator to join our Toronto team! This candidate will contribute to the efficiency and organization of the client services team to achieve team and client service initiatives. The Account Coordinator owns the Day-to-Day organization of client documents, creation of specific client support documents and works closely with the Account Executives and Account Mangers. Other key aspects of the position include internal and external communication, monitoring and troubleshooting issues within the programs/documents, understanding processes and workflow, organization/multi-tasking, maximization of technology to create efficiencies and ensuring that the team is supported within their daily tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide direct support to Account Executives, Managers and Supervisors
Maintain organization of internal document filing system
Learn and retain information regarding market specific information and primary partners
Ensure accurate production of client service support documents
Create, manage, and coordinate documents for multiple clients
Understand and execute tasks based on priority and deadlines
Take initiative with the collection of key resources needed for the creation of documents
Provide daily communication via phone, email and/or direct contact with Account Executives, Managers and Supervisors
Provide support in keeping business tracking documents updated and accurate
Investigate industry news and information to further enhance knowledge of the media industry
Requirements
College or University degree in related field (Business Administration, Marketing or Communications)
Experience in a Business or office setting is an asset
Media and/or client service and Out of Home experience is an asset
Interest in OOH and some Print Media is required
Proactive self-starter
Strong attention to detail
Polished communication and listening skills as well as negotiating (internal/external)
Have strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work independently (with support) and successfully manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build strong internal relationships that lead to efficiently completing tasks, open communication, constructive criticism, collaboration, conflict resolution, and the overall success of the team and company
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to analyze problems, identify alternate solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals; intellectual capabilities
Travel required as dictated by needs of the clients, referral partners, and scheduled conferences
Advanced PC skills to include all Microsoft Office products
