Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager who is fluent in English. This role involves approaching tech companies to generate new IT staffing and outsourcing business for Ridik PTE LTD.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities with tech companies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
  3. Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions to meet business objectives.
  4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, HR, and finance) to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the IT staffing or outsourcing industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the tech industry and its staffing needs.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
