Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts for the Indian market, while being based in Singapore.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer structures and decision-making processes to tailor technical and commercial proposals.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to create customized value propositions and solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations, hands-on product demonstrations, and solution-selling activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients to support growth targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events across the region.
  • Travel regularly to the company’s headquarters in China for training and business coordination.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Engineering/Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical component sales experience preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience but strong motivation and willingness to travel will also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to India and periodically to China.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
