Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales and marketing efforts for the Indian market, while being based in Singapore.
Manage and grow key customer accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Understand customer structures and decision-making processes to tailor technical and commercial proposals.
Work closely with product and technical teams to create customized value propositions and solutions.
Analyze market trends, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report performance to internal stakeholders.
Conduct presentations, hands-on product demonstrations, and solution-selling activities.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients to support growth targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events across the region.
Travel regularly to the company’s headquarters in China for training and business coordination.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Engineering/Business or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of industrial electrical component sales
experience preferred.
Candidates with less experience but strong motivation and willingness to travel will also be considered.
Strong communication skills in
English and Mandarin
(spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness and ability to travel
frequently to India
and
periodically to China
.
Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
