We're looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Account Manager with hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across social and emerging platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves in-platform to drive performance.
What will you do?
* Own day-to-day management of client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and proactive communication across all workstreams
* Translate client goals into actionable media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Nextdoor, and more
* Build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly within ad platforms - including ad trafficking, targeting setup, budget pacing, and A/B testing
* Analyze campaign performance using platform and third-party analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations that inform optimizations and reporting
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Analytics to deliver high-quality, cohesive client work
* Prepare and present client-facing reports, insights decks, testing roadmaps, and QBRs
* Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and client category developments; proactively bring ideas to the table
