What You'II Be Doing

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, managing daily communication and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and goals.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive outreach (networking, cold calls, emails, automations).
  • Expand partnerships with e-commerce brands, agencies, and potential collaborators.
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking to drive client success.
  • Record and organize activities and insights systematically using CRM tools to maintain focus and momentum.
  • Occasionally support internal projects such as content creation and system improvements to strengthen account management and sales development efforts.


What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Bilingual candidates with the knowledge of excellent English
  • 0–4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or digital marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable with lead generation, outreach, and networking
  • Analytical thinking and a highly organized approach
  • Ability to learn independently, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Equally comfortable deep-diving into research and getting things done fast — thrives in structured workflows while staying agile
