Summary

Our partner is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead sales efforts and drive the expansion of their publishing and analytics platform built for mobile game studios. Designed to simplify growth and performance optimization, this platform offers a streamlined experience for game developers to scale their products. The Account Manager will play a key role in acquiring new clients and building long-term strategic relationships that fuel mutual success.


Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process: identify prospects (game studios, publishers, partners), conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads through inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Manage onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring proper adoption of platform features
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients by analyzing their game data and aligning with business goals
  • Drive usage, satisfaction, and renewals with proactive support and optimization plans
  • Gather and report feedback to product, engineering, and design teams to improve the platform
  • Influence product roadmap based on real client needs and insights
  • Own KPIs including new client acquisition, activation milestones, client satisfaction (NPS, retention), churn reduction, and upselling opportunities


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
  • Bonus: Experience in mobile gaming, game tech, or ad tech environments
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of game publishing and monetization
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable leading presentations and navigating negotiation processes
  • Experienced in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tracking performance metrics
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
  • Motivated, resourceful, and excited to help build and scale a product from the ground up
