Job Description:


Hammer Hub is UDO’s flagship platform — a powerful all-in-one publishing and analytics solution designed specifically for mobile game studios. From user acquisition to performance insights, Hammer Hub helps studios scale their games without getting lost in the tech maze. And we’re just getting started.


To accelerate our impact, we’re hiring a Account Manager who will lead sales initiatives and build long-term, trust-based relationships with studios and partners worldwide that fuel both sides’ growth.



1. Lead End-to-End Sales Processes


  • Identify potential clients (game studios, publishers, partners) through inbound and outbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and tailored demos
  • Craft compelling proposals, close deals, and negotiate contract terms
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event participation to generate new leads



2. Manage Client Success & Growth


  • Serve as the main point of contact for studios using Hammer Hub
  • Guide them through onboarding, ensuring adoption of platform features
  • Act as a strategic advisor by interpreting their game data and business goals
  • Drive usage, satisfaction, and renewals through proactive check-ins and optimization plans



3. Bridge Clients and Product & Engineering Teams


  • Document customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to prioritize improvements
  • Help shape Hammer Hub’s roadmap with real insights from the field



4. Own Key Metrics


Achieve and exceed targets related to:

  • New client acquisition
  • Activation and usage milestones
  • Client satisfaction (NPS, retention)
  • Churn reduction and upsell pipeline



What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or client success
  • Bonus: Experience in mobile gaming, gaming tech, or ad tech platforms
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of game publishing and monetization dynamics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in conducting presentations and navigating negotiation cycles
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and KPI tracking
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and excited by building things from the ground up.
