Ideal candidate

• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales job working in the E-Commerce industry
• Confident in taking 10 demo calls a day with Merchants
• Confident in attending conferences around the world and have 100+ conversations from a tiny booth 😂
• Experience with CRM
• Experience in a Startup is a plus
• Experience working for a Shopify app is a plus
• English- able to communicate without friction
• French or Spanish is mandatory
• Proactivity - able to communicate issues proactively, unstuck themselves, and work as a team

Mindset

• Ownership - wants to take responsibility. We are looking for someone to take over the SMB market
• Growth - Your goal is to onboard as many SMB merchants as possible, you should be obsessed by this
• Embrace the chaos - We take “Ship fast and break things” to heart

What you’ll be doing

• Taking inbound demo calls with SMB Merchants ($0-$2m revenue/year)
• Follow up with them
• Sign them

Work process

• We try to close merchants daily
• We’re a micro team
• We’re currently 3 founders, one of whom is Sales.
• You’ll be working alongside the sales founder.
• You have the freedom to work however you like
• We’re fully remote
• There’s no working time ( CET is our anchor time )
• You’re expected to spend ~30 productive hours* per week on the project
• Nobody cares if you moonlight, have a side hustle, or like to surf during the day - just ship things
• We have no meetings unless necessary ( async chat or Loom is preferred )

Compensation

• $3,000 / monthly base salary ( $36,000 / year ) ( before tax )
• uncapped variable bonus (100% commission on new MRR added monthly) - 100% target would be another $3,000 / month
