Position Overview


Our client is seeking a driven Account Executive to accelerate business development efforts in the Whitsett, North Carolina market. This high-impact sales role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a thriving commercial restoration company that serves essential sectors like healthcare, food processing, education and industrial operations. With strong training and leadership support, the right candidate will help expand the client base and may eventually build and lead a local sales team.


Key Responsibilities


Drive New Business & Sales Growth


• Identify and target new clients across key industries including healthcare, education, food processing and industrial facilities

• Execute a strategic sales plan designed to exceed revenue and growth objectives

• Leverage cold calling, in-person visits and networking to generate qualified leads

• Deliver persuasive presentations and customized proposals to close deals

• Negotiate terms to secure profitable, long-term contracts


Build & Maintain Strong Client Relationships


• Act as a trusted partner to clients by understanding their compliance and facility maintenance needs

• Conduct on-site visits to assess client environments and tailor solutions accordingly

• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services with existing clients


Market & Industry Insight

• Stay informed on compliance standards and industry regulations (OSHA, FDA, EPA)

• Educate clients on advanced cleaning protocols including sanitation, green cleaning and infection control

• Monitor competitive trends to position offerings effectively and gain market share


Qualifications & Ideal Candidate


Education & Experience


• Proven background in B2B sales, account management or business development

• Experience selling services or solutions into regulated or facilities-based environments is highly valued


Skills


• Hunter mindset with the ability to proactively seek and close new business

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation
