What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients within your assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their business needs.
  • Sell a full suite of Ricoh products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM software.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred (but we’re open to high-potential candidates with less).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals.
  • Excellent work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
