What We’re Like
Our
Customers love us (4.8 on G2) and
our staff are pretty happy, too (4.8 on Glassdoor).
We heavily promote an open culture. Every member of our team keeps a Slack journal, to log their thoughts, work, and ideas. Everyone can read these. Want to know exactly what your CEO is working on? Done.
We believe in giving our team the freedom to innovate and make a real impact. We value creativity and initiative, allowing you the space to own your work and push boundaries.
We pride ourselves on being ambitious, both in the products we build and the challenges we tackle. Whether it’s driving web accessibility forward or expanding our platform, we’re constantly aiming higher and pushing for excellence.
We’re growing fast and need smart, ambitious, and trustworthy people to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in our US expansion.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across industries like public sector, higher education, healthcare, and mid-market B2B. This is a self-sourcing role: you’ll generate the majority of your pipeline through outbound efforts including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
You will:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Run structured discovery calls and live product demos with multiple stakeholders
- Tailor presentations to solve customer pain points
- Navigate pricing, objections, and contract negotiations
- Manage your sales pipeline, forecast clearly, and hit your number
- Collaborate with UK-based leadership while working independently in the US
You’ll receive full training on our platform, our space, and how we sell — plus deep exposure to accessibility, SEO, UX, and more.

- You use frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC to qualify deals
- You’re proactive, organised, and clear in your communication
