At OneMetric., we are on a mission to provide comprehensive and easily executable go-to-market strategies to US, UK, and Europe-based companies reducing their time to market and revenue cycles. We are already doing so through HubSpot, Salesforce, and content marketing, and moving at a fast pace toward other tech stacks and capabilities.

We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their instances by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting. We own the system so that you get to think about what your business needs next.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Account Executive

  • Revenue Generation- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Drive expanding business acquisition and ensure consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • New Client Acquisition- Close new key accounts and expand market presence in the assigned territory or vertical
  • Account Management & Growth- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enable upselling and cross-selling. Ensure YoY growth in key accounts through continuous engagement
  • Sales Pipeline Development- Conduct in-depth research and account mapping to identify potential clients
  • Stakeholder Engagement- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (VPs, CXOs, HR Heads)
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Update all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems regularly. Assist in creating accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards (MIS)
  • Market & Service Knowledge- Communicate value propositions clearly aligned to customer needs
  • Sales Process Adherence- Follow a structured and consultative sales process for closure of leads. Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and onboarding
  • Customer Satisfaction- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Address escalations and resolve issues promptly
