Account Executive


Sell premium IT services to law firm and association executives using an integrity-based strategy and an established process.

This is a hybrid role that involves networking and onsite prospect meetings in the DC Metro Area.


**Pay & Benefits**


  • Up to $100k base + as much commission as you can make (NO cap on commission)

**Responsibilities**


  • Own our sales process from lead pre-qualification to opportunity close.
  • Design IT service recommendations based on exploration of the prospect’s business needs.
  • Articulate those business needs and service recommendations in a clear, polished proposal.
  • Lead consultative, C-level sales discussions rooted in ethical, solution-focused sales.
  • Help Marketing help you with collaborative outreach and nurture campaigns.
  • Establish your own industry relationships that generate qualified leads.
  • Commit to continuous growth through workshops, societies, and more.

  • Work with: Fractional CMO consultant; experienced Sales Assistant; Marketing Manager with 12 years of Optimal tenure.
  • Brag about: The absolute cream of the crop in client services, remote support, network engineering, and CIO consulting.


**Qualifications You’ll Need**


  • Experience and comfort with consultative B2B service sales (3-5 years).
  • Exceptional communication skills whether the interaction is over email, phone, video, or coffee.
  • Familiarity with IT/MSP services and cybersecurity in the small to mid-sized business space.
  • Familiarity with the DC law firm, consulting, or association markets and how IT impacts them.
  • Resilient positivity that will keep you motivated in a competitive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field.
