As part of a fast growing product within osapiens, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of maintenance management, helping businesses reduce downtime, improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, with a focus on enterprise clients in the DACH region.
Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and a world-class customer experience.
Represent osapiens at industry events and conferences, becoming a trusted ambassador of our brand and solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in maintenance, operations, or industrial sectors.
Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer challenges through innovative technology.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
