Job Opening: Accounts Executive

Location: Nirman Vihar, New Delhi

Working Days: 5.5 days/week (2nd & 3rd Saturdays off)

Experience Required: 6–8 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Journal Accounting:
  • Record and manage all financial transactions related to accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure accurate ledger entries in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Banking & Reconciliation:
  • Handle daily banking transactions and monitor bank balances.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Reconciliation:
  • Carry out regular customer and vendor account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely settlement of outstanding balances.
  • Taxation Compliance:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Prepare and generate statutory challans and ensure timely tax payments.
  • Reporting:
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data on a monthly basis.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports for management review.
  • Audit Support:
  • Assist in statutory and tax audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and financial regulations.
  • Spreadsheet & Software Skills:
  • Maintain and analyze data using spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems).
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
