This is a staffing sales role, open to both new grads and those with entry-level or experienced staffing/recruiting or sales backgrounds. Join our team and explore pathways into professional healthcare recruitment or a B2B Account Executive role, where you'll run the full sales cycle after initial recruitment training.


What you'll do:


Recruitment | Industry Training

  • Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
  • Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications

Sales Training

  • Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
  • Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
  • Build strong networks throughout assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups and using social media
  • Responsible for assisting in the development of recruiters

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Quarterly Bonuses
