Position Summary


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team, focused on managing and closing mid-market deals while occasionally supporting enterprise opportunities. This is a high-impact role ideal for sales professionals with proven success in managing complex sales cycles and delivering results in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate closely with your team, which includes a Regional Director (RD) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), to meet both individual and team revenue targets.


We are looking for candidates in either the Dallas region or Houston region.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Deal Management (50%)

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position OneApp Guarantee’s solutions effectively.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and finalizing agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Managers, Vice Presidents, and other senior decision-makers in the multifamily property management space.

Prospecting and Pipeline Management (20%)

  • Manage a robust pipeline of mid-market clients, keeping detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Dedicate time to generating new leads, even with support from BDRs, to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality opportunities.
  • Perform diligent research and follow-up to identify client-specific challenges and craft tailored solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)

  • Collaborate with BDRs to optimize lead handoffs and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Support Regional Directors on select enterprise accounts by contributing to discovery, presentations, and deal strategy.
  • Partner with the Partner Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction post-sale.

Data and Performance Analysis (10%)

  • Track personal sales metrics, analyzing performance to refine sales strategies and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and competitive intelligence gained during the sales process.

Outreach and Relationship Building (5%)

  • Customize outreach and engagement strategies to establish trust and rapport with prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients to foster upselling and renewals while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a mid-market sales or Account Executive role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in the multifamily property management industry is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate CRM records and manage a detailed sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset to leverage data and insights for sales strategies.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000
  • Variable Compensation: 50% through commissions and bonuses, with uncapped earning potential. OTE in year $140,000 - $150,000+
