Our comprehensive training program is more than just preparation—it's akin to earning a PhD in construction sales. We also ensure our team members are fully licensed as Home Improvement Salespersons, setting them up for long-term success.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, directly impacting our success and yours. You’ll attend 2+ pre-scheduled appointments ( we give you pre-confirmed warm leads in addition tot he business you generate on your own) with homeowners in Los Angeles, guiding them through their remodeling journey and closing deals on essential projects like roofing, painting, landscaping, and windows.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven Sales Talent: While experience in construction or home improvement sales is beneficial, we’re primarily seeking individuals with a strong sales background and a desire to excel.
• Customer-Centric Approach: You must be skilled at building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their goals.
• Ambitious and Self-Driven: Success in this role requires a high level of motivation and the ability to manage your time and priorities effectively.

Compensation:

• Commission ONLY pay structure
• 2+ pre-confirmed appointments per day (We invest thousands per month per consultant for leads)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Office snacks + drinks

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Work Location: On the road, headquarter in west Los Angeles
