Summary

AFEA Congress, one of the leading companies in the Meetings and Corporate Travel Industry, is looking for a Full-Time Account Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills.


Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Location: Kolonaki, Athens


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support corporate clients in the planning, organization, and execution of meetings, conferences and group travel.
  • Oversee projects from initial assignment through to final reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to the client’s policy related to their event or travel.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the meetings and business travel industry.
  • Focus on providing tailored solutions and excellent client service for every request.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with suppliers, ensuring company policies are upheld.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up effectively.
  • Develop detailed programs outlining the agenda and logistics of each meeting or trip.
  • Maintain solid destination knowledge to better support client needs.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of business experience
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in ATLAS Travel Force 2000 (Panasoft).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Proven experience in hotel contracting and resale of travel products.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
