Position Overview:

We’re looking for a bold Account Director to lead game-changing campaigns for top-tier luxury brands. You are the bridge between ambitious ideas and flawless execution—strategically sharp, creatively driven, and relentless in pursuit of excellence. You will drive the team towards excellence, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

Your Mission:

• Own the client relationship: be their trusted confidant and strategic advisor.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns that push boundaries and elevate brand storytelling.
• Drive strategic planning across social media, KOL activations, digital production, and visual content—delivering on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
• Oversee account teams with precision: clear communication, sharp project management, and seamless execution.
• Master budget control and financial acumen: hit targets, optimize spend, and increase profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems before they surface, and turn obstacles into opportunities.
• Spot growth opportunities, expand the business, and solidify long-term client partnerships.
• Inspire, mentor, and drive your team to outperform and outshine.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in agency experience with a track record of delivering exceptional campaigns for luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to navigate and thrive in China’s digital ecosystem: WeChat, RED, Douyin, and beyond.
• Deep understanding of creative storytelling and luxury brand aesthetics.
• Professional Chinese speaker, with professional English communication skills—French is a plus.
• Experience managing multicultural teams and driving cross-border projects.
• Precision in client communication: you can handle high-stakes conversations with grace and authority.
