About the role

- Client Relationship: Develop and manage multiple senior client relationships independently.

- Team Management: Directly oversee team members, including hiring when required, guiding, training, mentoring, setting objectives, regular progress monitoring, annual reviews, etc.

- Project Management: Oversee and manage the team in keeping projects on time and at top quality.

- Creative relationship: Brief and coordinate with creative lead to manage projects on time and on quality. Ensure the right creative team is assigned. Ensure good briefs are developed and given by your team. Manage relationships with creative team.

- Strategy development: Oversee and manage brand strategy projects with the support of partners

- Finance / Budgeting: Responsible for developing, agreeing and delivering yearly revenue targets with your account group. Prepare and present monthly business performance reviews. Manage project budgets to stay within allocated costs and time. 

- Presentation Skills: Independently prepare and deliver client presentations. 

- New business: Independently prepare and present proposals for new and existing clients.

Requirements

- Branding/ Marketing professional with 5-8 years relevant agency experience.

- Experience can be in branding / design / communications / advertising / digital

- Excellent command of English, written and spoken, as well as in Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Commercial negotiation skills

- Excellent people and interrelationship skills

Formal qualifications are not essential but ideal candidates will display a degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
