What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned Account Development Manager for our Western Region with experience in the travel and/or insurance fields to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account development, with a deep understanding of the travel industry.
As a member of Faye’s Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing travel accounts within the travel industry vertical.

Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts in the travel industry, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Representation: Represent Faye in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel space.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in leading account development activities, specifically B2B2C account development within the travel or insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the travel sector, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to run with new ideas, be proactive and excel independently and as part of a team.
